HOW TO
Hello, choose your ergonomic chochet handle by the size of the needle you intend to use and the diameter of the handle for a better grip.
File names was made like this:
The first part is the internal size of the hole.
Underline.
The second part is the cable diameter.
So 10mm_30mm.stl means a hole handle 10mm and palm diameter 30mm.
The diameter must be comfortable, leaving the hole by hand that is chosen as in the following table:
10mm: for needles up to 3.5mm (E-4)
11mm: for needles between 3.25mm and 4.5mm (D-3 to 7)
12mm: for needles from 4.0mm (G-6)
It works well with needles that have a plastic, rubber or wood coating, but not for classic metal-only needles.
HOW TO USE
Place a needle in the hole and use an elastic band or even a piece of thread to tighten the ergonomic handle.
WHY USE
Ergonomic handles make it easier to grip and you need to close your fingers less while moving your wrist.
Round ergonomic handles prevent excessive bending and long-term avoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and REL (Repetitive Effort Lesions) or WMSD (Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders).
