Description

Spotle II Spot Weld Cutter is designed to remove the spot weld while leaving the main parent metal intact. The weld cutter has a pivoting arm that gives you access to all the spot welds on the vehicle. It is safe to use, as the drill bit will stay intact. The Spot Weld Cutter also has an adjustable depth position for the drill, making it easy to use. When the brace is in its standard position, you can adjust the weld cutter to a drill depth of 5 mm. When adjusted to this position, the main metal remains unharmed, thus helping you avoid post-treatments. One of the special features of this drill is that it can operate in the locked position, so inexperienced hands can also use it easily. The weld cutter features a brace that turns. When the brace is not in use, the Spotle II will work like any other regular drill, helping you multitask on different components of the same project without having to change tools midway. This is especially useful when working on spot welds welded on large, flat metal parts like the trunk or bottom of a car.  Another advantage of this cutter is its low rpm, which helps keep the drill bits sharper for a longer time. You can even turn the flexible bracket seen in the front of the weld cutter either way to get to hard to reach places. How To Use the Spotle II Spot Weld Cutter? Press the handle to push the drill lean against the spot weld Turn it on The handle will activate the inlet of pressurized air to start turning the drill Technical Specifications: Compatible drills: 8/6, 8 or 8/10 mm Max. air pressure: 6.4 bar Air consumption: 0.35 m3/min Chuck max: 8.0 mm Frequency: 1.95 m/s2 Weight: 1.8 kg Length: 300 mm RPM: 700 (without load) Noise level: 80 dB(A) Drill: 8/6-40 mm. 8-40 mm. 8/10-40 mm.
