Lightly used OLFA 45mm Rotary Cutter, which includes one blade already in the cutter, and 4 additional, never used blades in the plastic blade holder. In my opinion, these Olfa rotary cutters and blades are the best on the market. I do have a few more lightly used 45 mm cutters, so if you would like more than one just send me a message and I will change the listing to fit your needs. I have looked this item over carefully and found it to be in good, clean condition with no flaws to mention. That is not to say that I may have missed something minor, as most of the vintage items that I am offering are over 50 years old and have been previously owned and used. But I can honestly say that I do my very best to examine each piece carefully and all flaws will be noted, as I want my buyers to be pleased with their purchase.
