Very Rare Antique Peter Wiederer Mirror Frame Stand Holder with Frogs, 1897 Wiederer Picture Frame Holder, Frame with Frogs, Frog with Fiddle Dancing Frogs, Mirror Holder, Picture Holder, Photo Display Stand, Frog Decor ~ MEASUREMENTS: 12-1/4" long x 9" high Fabulous and extremely rare 1897 antique Peter Wiederer stand. Done out of spelter with charcoal gray enameling, this wonderful stand features a large frog at the left playing the fiddle and two smaller frogs, at he right, dancing on lily pads. This piece has a metal easel back. There is a space between the front with frogs and the easel, allowing for a mirror to be inserted, or glass with photo to be inserted. Will accommodate square or round glass. NOTE: Glass nor mirror are included and are example only. ~ CONDITION: Wonderful over antique condition, having just the normal signs of being 100+ years old! Easel back is secure. The only thing I see, is the tip of the tall plant at the far right is missing its center frond. I do not feel it in any way effects the overall viewing beauty and is just part of its character!
